Property Manager – Haslemere
We’re looking for an organised Property Manager to join a respected independent estate agency with a thriving lettings portfolio in Haslemere. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of maintenance, compliance, and tenancy management are handled efficiently. From coordinating repairs to managing renewals and inspections, you’ll provide professional support that keeps clients informed and confident at every stage.

Hours: Monday–Friday 9.00am–5.30pm

You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of maintenance, compliance, and tenancy management are handled efficiently. From coordinating repairs to managing renewals and inspections, you’ll provide professional support that keeps clients informed and confident at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of rental properties
- Arrange maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and safety standards
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit processes
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Keep accurate records and support the lettings team’s performance
- Previous experience in property management or residential lettings
- Sound understanding of lettings legislation and procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- ARLA qualification (or studying towards) beneficial
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive salary, up to £30k (DOE)
