Sales Negotiator - Bury St Edmunds
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Full day in lieu for any Saturdays worked)
Type: Full time, permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues
- Keeping up to date with the local property market and competitor activity
- Working towards and exceeding individual and branch sales targets
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Proven experience in estate agency sales, ideally within a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Basic salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000
