Job Title: Property Administrator
Location Hounslow TW5

Salary: Starting from £25,000 up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month

Role Overview
They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their Hounslow branch. The role is primarily office-based with occasional property inspections across the local area. You’ll support the lettings and property management teams, helping to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across lettings and property management
  • Coordinate and attend property inspections and viewings as needed
  • Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documents
  • Handle calls, emails, and client queries professionally
  • Update and manage systems using AltoExcel, and Google Sheets
  • Assist with marketing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins/outs
  • Work closely with the team to meet office and performance goals

What They Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of estate agency or property administration experience
  • Based in West London, ideally near Hounslow
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Must be available Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Alto CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • A team player with a “can-do” attitude and a drive to succeed
