On Target Earnings: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

The Role
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of the development—guiding buyers through every stage of their home purchase, from first enquiry to completion. Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming and engaging potential buyers in the sales suite and on-site show homes
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless buying experience
• Managing enquiries, viewings, reservations, and sales progression
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in new homes or estate agency sales
• Confident, personable, and highly motivated to achieve targets
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales journey
• Flexible to work weekends as part of a rota
