Josh Rayner

Founder

​Joshua started his career in estate agency gaining a valuable insight into the day to day workings of a branch. He then went on to set up two leading property Headhunting agencies and was involved in a number of innovative projects for the property industry.Joshua has placed over 5,000 property professionals from Juniors/Graduates to CEOs. His ability to search and select exceptional talent has allowed him to become one of the best recruiters in the industry.

​As the leader of the estate agency business Russell was responsible for overseeing the training and development team, as well as the recruitment & selection making sure the business nurtured & attracted talent to the business. Often required to deputise the CEO, Russell is as comfortable in the city boardrooms as he is visiting branches in the network.With a focused approach on recruitment & selection, training & development & activity & performance management, Russell led a high performance culture that delivered results and helped the business and colleagues achieve their ambitions. A qualified facilitator of the Stephen Covey 7 habits of highly effective people & the winning profile programme which focuses on identifying elite talent & how to nurture that talent .. Russell thrives on helping people live & get a great life.

​Founded in 2012 with the first placement soon after. Grew with first hires, new branding, and office opening. By 2015, launched a franchise model and hit £1m turnover.

​Launched a sales division, new website, and marketing team in 2019. By 2020, 4,000 job seekers registered, new leadership joined, and Property Pulse Polls supported agents during Covid.

​Introduced a self-employed licensee model and expanded into SE, East, and Home Counties. By 2017, coverage spanned all of London and the South Coast.

​Shifted to a licence model and fully remote in 2021. Rolled out a new CRM and website in 2022. Tripled in size to 18 associates by 2023.
