About the Role We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Valuer to join a well-established, highly regarded estate agency brand in Brighton.
You’ll be responsible for conducting property valuations, securing new instructions, and providing an exceptional service that helps clients achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
• Maintain a solid understanding of the local property market
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve targets and branch goals

About You

• Experience in estate agency, ideally as a Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong local market awareness (or quick to develop it)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
