New Homes Site Sales Executive
Location: Initially based on-site at a Woodstock Homes development
 
We are looking for an ambitious, personable and driven individual to join our team as a New Homes Site Sales Executive.
 
In this role, you will be appointed to a specific region or development site and will be based on a new homes development. You will take full responsibility for the sales operation and associated administration on-site, working closely with the Regional New Homes Sales Manager and Developer Site Manager.
You will build long-term relationships through excellent communication and people skills, while delivering the highest standards of customer service and achieving sales targets set by the developer.

Up to £30,000 basic salary | £45,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Regional New Homes Sales Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, registering applicants and identifying their needs.
  • Generate business through proactive contact with existing databases and new enquiries.
  • Manage new and part-exchange reservations in line with company procedures.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, actively encouraging suitable applicants to visit the site.
  • Maintain presentation standards of stock plots, show homes, sales office and marketing materials.
  • Develop strong product and site knowledge, liaising with the Site Manager to stay informed of build stages.
  • Read and interpret site plans and working drawings.
  • Attend and contribute to regular sales and build meetings.
  • Collect and provide feedback from applicants in a timely manner.
  • Receive, negotiate and agree offers, producing customer correspondence following reservation.
  • Coordinate customer upgrades and optional extras, arranging appointments where required.
  • Monitor competitor activity and gather local market research.
  • Achieve agreed sales rates and completions set by the developer.
  • Ensure customers fully understand the purchase process, costs and financial implications.
  • Progress sales from offer to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties and accurate system records.
  • Manage any issues arising during the sales process, escalating where necessary.
  • Effectively manage diary and systems to maximise productivity.
  • Understand and exceed personal and regional KPIs.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • New homes sales experience (on-site experience desirable but not essential).
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven and positive attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for property and sales.
  • Confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
