New Homes Site Sales Executive
Location: Initially based on-site at a Woodstock Homes development
We are looking for an ambitious, personable and driven individual to join our team as a New Homes Site Sales Executive.
In this role, you will be appointed to a specific region or development site and will be based on a new homes development. You will take full responsibility for the sales operation and associated administration on-site, working closely with the Regional New Homes Sales Manager and Developer Site Manager.
You will build long-term relationships through excellent communication and people skills, while delivering the highest standards of customer service and achieving sales targets set by the developer.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £30,000 basic salary | £45,000 OTE

- Report to the Regional New Homes Sales Manager.
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, registering applicants and identifying their needs.
- Generate business through proactive contact with existing databases and new enquiries.
- Manage new and part-exchange reservations in line with company procedures.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, actively encouraging suitable applicants to visit the site.
- Maintain presentation standards of stock plots, show homes, sales office and marketing materials.
- Develop strong product and site knowledge, liaising with the Site Manager to stay informed of build stages.
- Read and interpret site plans and working drawings.
- Attend and contribute to regular sales and build meetings.
- Collect and provide feedback from applicants in a timely manner.
- Receive, negotiate and agree offers, producing customer correspondence following reservation.
- Coordinate customer upgrades and optional extras, arranging appointments where required.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather local market research.
- Achieve agreed sales rates and completions set by the developer.
- Ensure customers fully understand the purchase process, costs and financial implications.
- Progress sales from offer to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties and accurate system records.
- Manage any issues arising during the sales process, escalating where necessary.
- Effectively manage diary and systems to maximise productivity.
- Understand and exceed personal and regional KPIs.
- New homes sales experience (on-site experience desirable but not essential).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for property and sales.
- Confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms.
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
