An established estate agency in Goring upon Thames is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy, customer-focused team. This is a permanent role with a competitive package based on experience and a clear opportunity to earn well through performance.
 
The main focus of the role is generating and maintaining profitable residential sales within the local area, contributing to office performance, and delivering a high quality experience for buyers and sellers. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team to achieve monthly targets, while also being accountable for your own pipeline and activity levels.
 
The position requires someone confident handling applicants, registering new enquiries, booking viewings, carrying out viewings, and converting opportunities into offers. You'll deal with website referrals promptly, follow up leads efficiently, and support valuations where appropriate. A big part of the role is about being visible, approachable, and consistently representing the business in a positive, professional way.
 
Success in this role calls for strong influencing and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll need good administration and IT skills, a calm and confident customer-facing manner, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a tight team. Adaptability, commercial awareness, and a positive attitude are all essential, as is a driving licence.
