Mortgage Area Manager – Suffolk
 
Basic Salary up to £55,000
OTE £80,000+ incl. Bonus & Commission

They are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across 6+ branches in the Suffolk and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Manager role
  • You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of 8+ brokers across multiple branches
  • Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success
 
Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role
  • Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered
  • Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Full UK drivers licence required
