Marketing Executive
North & East London | Office-Based | Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary up to £35,000
A well-established North & East London property business with 19+ years in the market is hiring a Marketing Executive to join its in-house team.
This is a hands-on role covering video, social media, digital campaigns, and community engagement. You'll work directly with sales and lettings teams to create marketing that generates measurable results.
Salary up to £35,000 for the right person. Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
The Role

• Filming and editing property tours, brand campaigns and community content
• Managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
• Writing captions, blogs and website content with SEO focus
• Creating and managing email campaigns
• Supporting paid advertising campaigns (Google & Meta Ads)
• Designing digital assets using Canva
• Maintaining website content and marketing systems

What We're Looking For

• Ideally a degree in Marketing or related field
• Open to newly qualified candidates with strong practical skills
• Minimum 1-2 years' marketing or content experience preferred
• Confident filming and editing (Premiere Pro or similar)
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
