Area Lister – Lettings Division (Multi-Office Role)

�� Sittingbourne | Rainham | Strood | Chatham | Walderslade
�� Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 DOE
�� Uncapped Commission
�� Laptop & Phone Provided

We’re looking for a confident, commercially driven Area Lister to play a pivotal role within our expanding lettings division.

This is a relationship-led, opportunity-conversion role focused on sourcing, generating, and listing rental properties across five busy offices within the Medway Towns.

You’ll work closely with both sales and lettings teams, identifying landlord opportunities from:

✔ Buy-to-let investors
✔ Walk-in enquiries
✔ Sales referrals
✔ Unsold / unsuitable stock
✔ New homes activity

�� What You’ll Be Doing
• Generating new landlord & property opportunities
• Converting leads into market-ready instructions
• Listing rental properties across multiple branches
• Building strong relationships with landlords & investors
• Working closely with internal sales & lettings teams
• Managing your diary while maintaining branch presence
• Rotating between offices to maximise business potential

✔ Full UK driving licence & business-use insurance
�� Working Pattern

• 5-day working week
• Saturdays on a rota basis
• Day off in lieu for Saturdays worked
• Fair rotational weekend structure
