A well-established North & East London estate agency with 19+ years in the market is hiring a Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team.
This is not a "sit and wait" role. You'll be trusted to manage listings, negotiate deals, and deliver measurable results — with full team support behind you.

The Role
- Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into offers
- Managing vendor relationships and providing structured feedback
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
- Generating new instructions through proactive outreach
- Working closely with marketing and a dedicated sales progressor
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Basic salary - dependent on experience
- Pooled monthly commission structure (shared across the team)
- The more you contribute, the larger your share
- Bonus incentives and performance rewards
Working Hours
- 5 days per week
- Alternate Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
- Mon-Thurs: 8:45am-6:30pm
- Fri: 8:45am-6:00pm
- Sat: 10:00am-4:30pm
- Experienced estate agents wanting a structured, team-based environment
- Or ambitious individuals with strong communication skills looking to enter property
- People comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- Candidates who prefer performance culture over micromanagement
- Average sales team tenure: 7+ years
- Weekly training and external coaching
- Dedicated in-house marketing support
