Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to carry out valuations across 5 busy offices in the Berkshire Region. This is an opportunity for someone who can convert leads and win their own instructions. Uncapped commission is on offer.
Responsibilities for this Lettings Valuer role will include.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Valuer role will include.
- Booking valuations
- Generating your own leads
- Communicating with team members regarding new instructions
- Carrying out valuations
- Business generation
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Estate Agent Lettings Valuer/Lister
- Proven track record of listing properties
- Full UK driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great customer service
- Up to £30k basic
- Up to £70k OTE
