A busy, market-leading independent estate agency in Godalming is looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join its successful team.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven, client-facing role focused on generating new business, conducting viewings, and agreeing lets while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants

What We’re Looking For
- Previous lettings or estate agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, organised, and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Competitive basic salary, up to £24,000 (depending on experience) with uncapped commission. OTE £30k+.
- Clear progression and ongoing training
- Supportive, high-performing team environment
- Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
