About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Senior Negotiator to join a dynamic team within a leading estate agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving lettings business growth, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the rental process.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and convert lettings business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to landlords and tenants
• Negotiate tenancy terms and secure successful lets
• Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM 
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for new lets
• Stay up to date with local market trends and legislation

About You

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a negotiator or senior negotiator role
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practice
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
