Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
- Negotiate and agree lets between landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
- Work closely with the lettings team to meet and exceed branch targets.
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company standards.
- Previous experience in residential lettings preferred (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
- Strong local knowledge of Raynes Park, Wimbledon, and surrounding areas.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
- Energetic, organised, and passionate about property.
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 with realistic OTE of £50,000+.
