An established and highly respected Prime Central London estate agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join its successful and expanding team.
 
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven residential lettings professional with proven experience in the Prime London lettings market who is looking to progress their career with a market-leading brand, premium stock, and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify tenant enquiries
• Conduct and accompany property viewings across Prime Central London
• Manage landlord and tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Negotiate rental offers and agree terms
• Progress tenancies from offer through to completion
• Generate new business and maintain strong landlord relationships
• Secure market appraisals and promote lettings services
• Meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator in Prime Central London (essential)
• Strong negotiation, closing, and rapport-building skills
• Confident, professional, and target-driven
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
