The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the business for prospective tenants and landlords, working with a premium property portfolio in one of London’s most desirable locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and guide applicants through the lettings process.
• Register and qualify prospective tenants, matching them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure lettings.
• Proactively seek new business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in lettings or a strong sales/customer-facing background.
• Knowledge of the Prime Central London property market is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed.
• Well-presented, articulate, and professional.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
