Job description
You're energised, target-driven and not afraid to hit the pavement. Join the team at a well-established local lettings agency and take full ownership of the lettings life-cycle, from marketing through to tenancy management and renewals.
Forget just "introducing" tenants and landlords, you'll wear every hat. You'll proactively source and convert both new landlords and tenants, manage viewings, negotiate terms, process applications, complete compliance checks, coordinate move-ins and keep the relationship alive through reviews and renewals. You'll also support the branch's growth strategy by identifying opportunities, building your pipeline and closing deals.
You'll need a full driving licence, your own car (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile), and the confidence to get out and about. You're a communicator, a closer, someone who thrives in an environment where targets matter and results show. You don't just tick boxes, you build relationships, you spot opportunities, you take ownership. Experience in lettings is essential, minimum one year.
The role comes with a base salary of £30,000 per annum, with on-target earnings of £36,000 per annum when goals are met. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm plus alternate Sundays 10am to 1pm. An immediate start is available, with full training and support to help you succeed and a clear path for progression if you're ambitious.
You'll be joining a team where your input genuinely counts, you'll have autonomy, you'll see your hard work translate into landed business and happy clients. It's not a cookie-cutter role with a limited remit. You will own the process end-to-end and be rewarded accordingly. If you're looking to step up, move fast, and make things happen, this is the role for you.
Ready to go? Send your CV and a brief covering note explaining why you're the person who'll own the lettings cycle and make things happen. We'll respond quickly, we want the right person in place as soon as possible.
