�� Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a successful lettings team to exceed performance targets
• Conduct valuations and win new instructions across Putney and surrounding areas
• Develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee compliance, customer service, and day-to-day lettings operations
• Strategically grow local market share through strong leadership and innovation
• Ensure all listings are professionally marketed and fully compliant

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or management level
• In-depth knowledge of the South West London lettings market
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proven ability to generate new business and lead by example
• ARLA qualification (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
