Lettings Manager
Location: Hounslow, West London & Iver
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum + commission + fuel allowance
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (alternative Saturdays)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, generating new business, and delivering
excellent customer service. This is a key leadership role with significant potential for career
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the full lettings process from valuation to move-in
● Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
● Grow and manage the lettings portfolio
● Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants
● Ensure full legal compliance (Right to Rent, ASTs, deposits, etc.)
● Support and supervise lettings team members
● Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
● Oversee renewals, terminations, and rent reviews
● Liaise with property management for seamless tenancy transitions
● Deliver lettings performance reports to directors
Requirements:
● Must have your own car and valid UK driving licence
● Must live within easy reach of Hounslow & Iver
● Fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and English
● Minimum 2-3 years of lettings experience (senior negotiator or management level)
● Strong knowledge of lettings laws and procedures
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
● Professional, target-driven, and highly organised
● ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
