What You’ll Do
- Win new instructions and grow landlord relationships
- Lead and motivate a small, high-performing team
- Oversee valuations, lettings process & compliance
- Drive business development and portfolio growth
- Senior lettings experience (Valuer/Assistant Manager or above)
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
- Confident business-winner & natural leader
- ARLA/Propertymark qualification (preferred)
