Hours: Mon–Fri 8:45–6:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00–5:00 (day off in lieu)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Manager to take the lead at our busy Ash Vale office.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that values initiative, rewards success, and offers real scope for progression.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting rental valuations and winning instructions from landlords
• Growing and maintaining the lettings portfolio through proactive lead generation
• Creating listings and marketing properties using CRM and portal tools
• Nurturing relationships with landlords, applicants and investors
• Upselling services and driving additional revenue (renewals, upgrades, etc.)
• Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
• Overseeing compliance and legal requirements, including arrears management
• Coaching, mentoring, and building a team around you
• Working closely with the sales team to maximise cross-business opportunities
