My client, a well know estate agency brand, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their reputable team in Sunderland as a Lettings Manager. In the role of Lettings Manager, your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Area Director. Your responsibility will encompass all aspects of the lettings business, with the overarching goal of maximizing revenue.

The office, offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, backed by a family-owned business with 14 branches across the North East. Excellent industry and legislation knowledge is required for this role as well as experience managing a diverse portfolio, including high end properties, whilst maintaining strong long lasting customer relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating Lettings Consultations with the aim of converting them into instructions through our existing customer database and attracting new landlords.
  • Conducting lettings market appraisals to secure new instructions.
  • Expanding market share for new instructions within designated core areas.
  • Effectively explaining and promoting the benefits of our managed services to potential and existing landlords.
  • Ensuring the impeccable online and in-branch presentation of all our advertised properties.
  • Conducting regular marketing updates for landlords throughout the property marketing process, facilitating the timely identification of suitable tenants.
  • Engaging in regular customer care calls with existing landlords to gauge satisfaction levels, address concerns, and enhance landlord retention.
  • Growing our existing lettings portfolio by actively pursuing new business opportunities and retaining current landlords.
  • Registering tenants, arranging viewings for available stock, and attending viewings until successful property lettings.
  • Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords to facilitate successful lettings.
  • Overseeing the progression of tenant applications to ensure a seamless check-in process.
  • Collaborating closely with our Property Hub to foster a positive working relationship that benefits both landlords and tenants.

Basic Salary: £23,000 plus Car Allowance £4,000 Plus commission OTE £32,000
