Location: Fulham, South West London
Position: Head of Sales
Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Electric Car or Car Allowance
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000+
 
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead the residential sales team at a highly successful and well-established branch of a leading estate agency in Fulham.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-performing office with a strong reputation, loyal client base, and a consistent track record of success in the South West London market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential sales negotiators
  • Drive performance to achieve and exceed branch sales targets
  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
  • Manage key client relationships and high-value property transactions
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure full compliance with industry legislation and company standards
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales position within estate agency (Senior Sales Manager or Head of Sales level preferred)
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the South West London property market, particularly Fulham
  • Commercially aware, highly motivated, and confident in winning new business
  • Full UK driving licence
