Role Overview
 
My client is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an entry-level opportunity within the property industry, designed for individuals eager to learn, develop their skills, and build a long-term career. The successful candidate will gain experience in client care, sales processes, and property services, all while contributing to the success of a supportive branch team.
 
Package & Incentives
  • Basic Salary: £15,000 - £18,000
  • Commission: £7,500 - £9,500 (pooled commission structure)
  • On Target Earnings: £22,500 - £27,500
  • Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
Additional earning potential is available, with some staff achieving up to an extra £10,000 per year through incentives, including:
  • Mortgage appointments
  • Solicitor referrals
  • Property referrals
  • 5-star Google reviews
With all offices on track to exceed budget, successful candidates can expect strong earning potential and clear opportunities for progression.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely updates to vendors and learn to share property and pricing feedback effectively.
  • Assist with booking valuations, support sales activity, and work towards personal and branch targets.
  • Learn to register clients using the MAN framework (Motivation, Ability, Needs).
  • Gain knowledge of the conveyancing process and mortgage services while promoting recommended partners.
  • Develop skills using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and property portals.
  • Support branch marketing, including the use of social media platforms.
  • Maintain an organised diary, complete daily tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Contribute positively to the branch culture and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Track performance, manage emails, and develop strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
