We're hiring a Head of Mortgages to lead and drive the growth of our mortgage division across a large and well-established estate agency group. This is a senior-level opportunity to shape the strategy, performance and culture of a vital arm of the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•            Lead and grow a high performing team of Mortgage managers.
•            Collaborate with senior leadership, estate agency branches, and external partners to drive performance
•            Develop and execute sales strategy, ensuring delivery of targets and compliance standards
•            Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of advisers
•            Analyse market trends and business data to identify new growth opportunities
 
 
What we are looking for:
•            Prove leadership experience in mortgage and protection advice.
•            Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
•            Track record of delivering results through teams
•            Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
•            CeMAP (or industry equivalent) qualified
•            Passion for people development, customer outcomes and industry best practice
