HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES
Salary: Basic £55,000 with OTE of £80,000
 
An exciting opportunity for a HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES to lead a team and drive forward business growth with a dynamic and innovative company operating at the forefront of the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques. This role requires a results-driven individual who can motivate and guide the sales team toward achieving targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Day to day the role is to keep the biggest sales function in the business rolling and extracting the most out of every call. The client services team handle thousands of customer enquiries every month and the smallest improvements on front end conversion have a huge impact on company performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Provide effective leadership to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize team performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Define sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the team and individual sales representatives.
  1. Sales Performance and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate appropriate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Keep the team updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record of successful sales management with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and the sales process.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Results-oriented and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
