Basic Salary: £29,000 (OTE £45,000 - £50,000)

The Role: As a Floating Branch Manager, you'll cover various locations in North Kent, providing leadership and support to ensure exceptional customer service and branch profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as Branch Manager in the absence of regular staff, ensuring smooth operations
  • Motivating and managing the team, conducting meetings and coaching sessions
  • Collaborating with the team to market new properties effectively
  • Listing properties and guiding vendors through the sales process
  • Staying informed about market trends and establishing expertise in the field

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £29,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £45,000 - £50,000
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
