Account Manager / Sales Manager – Key Introducer Relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed performance standards across designated accounts – including branch coverage, conversion rates, protection and fee penetration, and overall target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with introducers and produce accurate, timely reports and MI.
- Lead and motivate your sales team to meet account objectives and maintain consistent branch presence.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure introducer branches always have sufficient adviser coverage.
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage advisers to achieve targets in conversion, protection, and fee penetration.
- Ensure full compliance with SAFS and MAB processes across all allocated advisers.
- Take ownership of personal performance and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team huddles, and sales reviews to drive engagement and accountability.
- Provide daily performance updates and maintain a culture of motivation, recognition, and success.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new advisers, ensuring they develop effective introducer relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including the Sales Development Manager and Protection Support Manager to monitor progress, provide coaching, and drive protection business.
- Oversee adherence to all company processes and compliance requirements.
- Produce accurate, timely management information for introducers and internal reporting.
- Conduct regular branch visits to support advisers, strengthen relationships, and ensure optimal lead generation and conversion.
