**Exciting Opportunity: Employed Senior Mortgage Advisor - Crawley, West Sussex**
Are you a seasoned mortgage professional looking for a rewarding role as an Employed Senior Mortgage Advisor - Crawley, West Sussex? A thriving estate agency is seeking a talented Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in a supportive environment, with warm leads from the estate agency team ensuring a steady flow of business.
**What's on offer:**
* Competitive basic salary of £31,000 with OTE £60,000 (commission structure to be confirmed)
* Company car or £3,500 car allowance from day one

* 33 days paid holiday (increasing with service), plus an extra day for your birthday
* Holiday commission
* Top achievers trips and outings
**Work pattern:**
5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month)
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Option to work from home 1 day per week
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments
* Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market
* Sell complementary insurance products from Legal & General
* Meet and exceed performance targets
* Collaborate with estate agency colleagues for cross-selling opportunities
* Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business
* Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
**Requirements:**
* CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualified or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
* At least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience
* Driven, motivated by success and results
* Smart, articulate, and well-presented
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment
* Full driving licence
* Excellent relationship-building skills
