SENIOR DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT CONSULTANT
Marylebone, W1
Salary (DOE) - Basic up to £60K - £110K OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Development & Investment professional to join a well-established, highly respected consultancy based in the heart of Central London.
This role is ideal for a driven deal-maker with a strong track record in sourcing, securing and transacting development and investment opportunities across residential and commercial sectors.
The Role:
You will be responsible for originating instructions, negotiating transactions and selling development and investment sites, working closely with a loyal client base of developers and investors. This is a senior position with genuine scope for progression and significant earning potential.
Key Requirements:
Highly competitive salary and commission structure, dependent on experience.

- Proven experience in UK development and investment sales (minimum 3 years for a senior position)
- Strong track record of fee generation and off-market transactions
- Ability to appraise, value and negotiate complex opportunities
- Excellent industry contacts and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with strong due diligence capability
