An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing residential sales team operating in Prime Central London.
Due to continued growth and expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Property Consultant with strong knowledge of the Prime Central London market to join a dynamic and ambitious team.

The Role

• Managing residential property sales across Prime Central London
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, buyers and industry contacts
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Delivering exceptional service to high-value clients
• Working to targets and deadlines in a competitive market

Key Skills

• Excellent negotiation and pitching skills
• Strong rapport building and client relationship skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with both clients and colleagues
• Professional approach with strong discretion and confidentiality

Experience Required

• Previous experience working within Prime Central London property sales
• Proven experience working to targets and deadlines
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong understanding of the Prime London property market
