Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries from landlords, tenants, and relocation agents
- Qualify and register applicants, matching them to suitable properties
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
- Work closely with the lettings teams across all branches to ensure smooth client handovers
- Deliver a first-class customer experience at every interaction
- 1 year of industry experience is preferred but not essential - we provide full training
- Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
- Driven by targets with a strong desire to succeed in property
- Professional, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
- Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- £25,000 basic salary with £40,000 realistic OTE
