Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission
Hours: 5-day working week

We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding independent estate agency based in Hertfordshire. They’re looking for a driven and confident Sales & Lettings Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and playing a key role in growing both the sales and lettings sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact new and existing leads from the company database
- Generate appointments and new business opportunities for the sales and lettings teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
- Identify new market opportunities to increase instructions and revenue
- Work closely with management to achieve individual and team targets
- Proven experience in sales, lettings, or business development (property experience preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-focused
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload effectively
- £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
- Five-day working week
