Location: Loughton, East London
OTE: £65,000+ (Uncapped)
Basic Salary: £30,000

Lead a Premier Branch in the Luxury Property Market
Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for luxury property? This is a rare opportunity to head up a high-performing branch within one of East London’s most respected and aspirational estate agency brands, specialising in high-value, design-led homes. We’re looking for a confident, commercially savvy Branch Manager who can drive results, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional service to clients in the premium market.

Your Role:
  • Lead and grow a successful branch in a high-end East London location
  • Manage and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • List and sell luxury properties, ensuring an exceptional client journey from valuation to completion
  • Build a strong presence in the premium market and represent the brand with professionalism and expertise
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow market share through local engagement and strategic marketing
What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven track record in estate agency sales, ideally within the luxury property sector
  • Ability to convert valuations into instructions and high-value completions
  • An inspiring leader with a collaborative, target-driven approach
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence and a passion for premium property and client service
