Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch performance, ensuring sales and lettings targets are met
• Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
• Win new instructions through valuations, networking, and exceptional client care
• Manage the full sales and lettings process from instruction through to completion
• Deliver excellent service and uphold the company’s long-standing reputation
• Monitor local property trends and competitor activity to keep the branch ahead
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

About You:

• Proven track record in estate agency, ideally at Assistant or Branch Manager level
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of the local Kingsbridge property market (or similar areas)
• Results-driven with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Confident in conducting valuations and winning new instructions
• Organised, professional, and customer-service focused
