- Building long-term relationships within the local community
- Supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator or valuer role
- Confident at converting valuations into instructions
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Target-driven with a passion for property and people
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
