Assistant Branch Manager – Chelmsford

Up to £30,000 basic plus Commission plus Car Allowance

This is the perfect role for a Senior Negotiator or Sales Valuer who is ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a vibrant market.

Key responsibilities:
  • Driving sales performance and exceeding branch targets
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers
  • Building long-term relationships within the local community
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator or valuer role
  • Confident at converting valuations into instructions
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Target-driven with a passion for property and people
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
