About the Role As a Valuation Manager, you will play a key part in driving market share and instruction growth by:

• Generating and attending sales valuation appointments
• Securing new sales instructions and building strong client relationships
• Proactively prospecting to win new business
• Using in-depth local market knowledge to maximise opportunities
• Cross-selling additional services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the client journey

About You You will have solid Estate Agency experience — either as a Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up, or an existing Valuer looking for a bigger challenge.

Confidence in conducting sales valuations is essential.
This is an exciting chance for a driven, ambitious individual to make a real impact and contribute to the ongoing success of the Ramsgate branch.
