Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from clients, tenants, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and process property-related documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and rental applications.
  • Assist with property viewings and arrange appointments for prospective tenants or buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all documentation is filed appropriately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Handle financial transactions, including rent collection, deposit returns, and invoice processing.
  • Support the marketing efforts of the company by updating property listings, creating promotional materials, and managing online platforms.
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide assistance as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with property management software or databases is a plus.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the real estate industry is desirable.
