Accounts Admin Assistant - Raynes Park 
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (one-hour lunch break)
 
We are seeking a diligent and organised Accounts Admin Assistant to join our clients  team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks related to accounts and office operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring rent arrears and ensuring timely follow-ups, providing detailed weekly reports for branch offices, and keeping landlords informed.
  • Handling general office administration duties, including managing telephone inquiries and responding to emails promptly.
  • Assisting with rent warranty claims and processing deposit returns, including de-registering with TDS.
  • Addressing landlord statement queries and providing annual statements to landlords.
  • Providing tenant references at the end of tenancy agreements.
  • Maintaining comprehensive notes on the software system and updating various Excel sheets with daily and monthly figures.
  • Undertaking general day-to-day office duties and additional tasks as required, such as processing rental payments and move-in statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
  • Friendly demeanour and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle constructive criticism.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a desire to enhance skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Reapit software is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
  • Previous experience in lettings or a similar role would be advantageous.
