Full-Time Experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator – Northfield Office

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy Northfield branch.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday (5 days per week).

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your estate agency career with one of the Midlands’ leading firms. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting valuations and listing properties for the market
• Generating and following up viewings to maximise sales opportunities
• Managing your own diary efficiently while maintaining excellent organisation
• Liaising with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and courteous manner
• Driving leads and supporting the office in achieving its targets

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in property valuations and listings
• Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• The ability to thrive under pressure
• A team-focused approach combined with self-motivation and excellent organisation
• A full UK driving licence
