Full-Time Experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator – Northfield Office
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy Northfield branch.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Saturday (5 days per week).

About the Role

- Conducting valuations and listing properties for the market
- Generating and following up viewings to maximise sales opportunities
- Managing your own diary efficiently while maintaining excellent organisation
- Liaising with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and courteous manner
- Driving leads and supporting the office in achieving its targets
We are looking for a committed and hardworking individual with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in property valuations and listings
- Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to thrive under pressure
- A team-focused approach combined with self-motivation and excellent organisation
- A full UK driving licence
