£30,000 Basic + OTE £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead a small but high-performing team in our Fulham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and long-established estate agency with a proven track record of success across London and the South of England.

About the Role:
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance within the office and ensuring a first-class lettings service. This will include:
  • Leading your branch to meet and exceed lettings targets.
  • Delivering profitability, growth in market share, and group value.
  • Conducting market appraisals, negotiations and client updates.
  • Providing weekly feedback and expert recommendations to landlords and applicants.
  • Coaching, mentoring and reviewing team performance, identifying training needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and company standards.
  • Overseeing recruitment for your office where required.
  • Maintaining high standards in property marketing and customer communication.
About You:
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in lettings branch management. You will demonstrate:
