Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Walthamstow
Basic Salary: £26,000
On-Target Earnings: £45,000 - £60,000 (including commission)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays off per month

An established and rapidly growing mortgage brokerage is looking for Trainee Mortgage Advisers to join their expanding team in Walthamstow.
If you have the drive to earn your CeMAP qualification, full sponsorship and training will be provided to help you succeed and progress into a qualified Mortgage Adviser role.

Your Role

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Build lasting relationships and generate new business through estate agent partnerships
• Deliver outstanding customer service with honesty and integrity
• Access the full market to offer clients the best available mortgage solutions
• Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations

About You

• A confident communicator with a passion for helping people
• Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
• Previous sales, customer service, or financial experience is advantageous but not essential
