An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and driven individual to join a well-established and successful Lettings team in Guildford as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in the property industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive professional guidance, and play an active role in assisting tenants, landlords, and negotiators throughout the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences
• Act as a point of contact, providing timely updates and clear communication
• Accompany prospective tenants on viewings, showcasing properties professionally
• Provide constructive feedback to help optimise property marketing
• Assist in preparing and negotiating tenancy offers
• Maintain accurate records of listings, viewings, and client activity
• Stay informed about the local property market and industry trends

• Professional, positive, and ambitious with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Confident in client-facing interactions, both in person and over the phone
• Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to meet and exceed targets
• Smart and presentable with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Local area knowledge (Guildford and surrounds)
• Basic IT skills
• No prior lettings experience required – full training provided
