Based in Wandsworth, we cover some of South West London’s most sought-after areas, including Barnes and Southfields—and we’re now on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Tenancy Progressor to join our award-winning team.
About the Role
As our Tenancy Progressor, you’ll manage the entire tenancy administration process—from offer to move-in—ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike. This is a critical role in our lettings operation, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and delivering outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and progress new tenancy applications from offer accepted to move-in
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, referencing companies, and internal teams
  • Draft and issue tenancy agreements and ensure all compliance documentation is complete (EPCs, Right to Rent checks, Gas Safety Certificates, etc.)
  • Schedule pre-tenancy works, check-ins, and move-in dates
  • Maintain accurate records and keep all stakeholders updated throughout the process
  • Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a smooth handover
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a tenancy progression or lettings administration role
  • In-depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must live within a 40-minute commute of Wandsworth
  • ARLA qualification is an advantage (but not essential)
What We Offer
  • £40,000 annual salary
  • Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends
  • Work for the UK’s number one estate agency
  • A supportive, high-performance team environment
  • Opportunities for training, development, and career growth
  • Dynamic office based in Wandsworth, covering Barnes and Southfields
  • Regular team events and performance incentives
