Tenancy Co-Ordinator - Clifton
Basic Salary: £26,000
On Target Earnings: £28,000+
Location: Clifton
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm (No weekends)
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a multi-award-winning Tenancy Coordination & Renewals team based in Clifton.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that bridges two key areas of lettings — tenancy renewals and tenancy coordination. You'll be supporting a large portfolio of student (and some professional) tenancies, ensuring renewals are negotiated smoothly, new tenancies are coordinated efficiently, and both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing:
Tenancy Renewals:
- Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure renewal agreements
- Draft and process tenancy renewal documentation
- Assist with the coordination of upcoming student tenancies
- Complete Right to Rent checks and chase required documentation
- Draft tenancy agreements and ensure full compliance
- Set up and renew RLP policies
- Maintain accurate compliance and policy records
- Support with deposit return processing for Rent Collection and Let Only landlords
- Communicate with landlords regarding deductions and return instructions
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in lettings or property is advantageous, though full training is provided
- Understanding of tenancy processes and Right to Rent checks is helpful
- Familiarity with Rent & Legal Protection policies is a bonus
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident in negotiation and problem-solving
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- £26,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £28,000+ (combination of pooled and individual commissions)
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
- Hybrid working - up to 3 days per month from home
