The Role
As a Student Property Manager, you will oversee a busy student portfolio, ensuring tenants and landlords receive exceptional support throughout their tenancy cycle. You'll manage everything from move-ins and inspections to maintenance coordination and compliance — all while working within a friendly, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a dedicated student lettings portfolio
  • Coordinating move-ins, check-ins, check-outs and inspections
  • Handling maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
  • Supporting students with tenancy queries and general guidance
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Supporting the wider lettings team during peak periods
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
  • Experienced in property, student lettings or a similar customer-facing role (preferred, not essential)
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to manage a busy workload
  • Warm, confident and approachable with strong communication skills
  • Able to problem-solve, prioritise and work independently
  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new processes
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude
