Here's a prime opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer to step up and take the reins in a busy Kingswood office. This isn't just about listing houses — it's about driving growth, leading from the front, and inspiring those around you to raise their game.
You'll already know the sales world inside out and have the track record to prove it. Valuing properties, winning instructions, and building trust with clients will be second nature to you. But just as important is your ability to lead, motivate, and bring out the best in your team. You'll be the one setting the pace, keeping standards high, and making sure every client receives service that's nothing short of exceptional.
In return for your drive and results, you'll enjoy a basic salary of £28,000 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £35,000-£40,000. The commission structure rewards individual wins but also shares in the success of the wider team. There's 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, mileage paid at 45p per mile (or the option of a company car), and full funding towards CePAP and/or NAEA qualifications. You'll also benefit from a first-class training programme, clear career progression, and a company culture that's as supportive as it is ambitious.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm, plus every other Saturday 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu. The role is available immediately, though the right person is worth waiting for.
