Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + realistic £90,000+ OTE (uncapped)

- Proven track record in estate agency sales management or senior negotiator roles
- Strong valuation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Excellent people management and motivational abilities
- Ambitious, resilient, and passionate about achieving results
- Full UK driving licence
- £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary with a genuine £90,000+ OTE
